Shipping Rules

On Next Day and 2nd Day delivery order requests, the following apply.

We reserve the right to select any carrier including FEDEX, UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service) regardless of what is indicated on the shopping cart "shipping" page. The rate charged for shipping is the same for all the above carriers.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

1) FEDEX and UPS do not deliver on Saturday without an additional charge. If FEDEX or UPS is specifically required by the customer it would be best to call 918-893-8017 and make your requirements known to Customer Service at which time you will receive a confirmation code. Optionally you may place your requirements in the Comments area when placing the order. If you advise us in this manner no confirmation code will be issued. For Saturday delivery you will be billed an additional charge and it will not appear on your invoice.

2) If an order is scheduled for Friday shipping and it is a Next Day order (2nd Day orders do not qualify) and you do not provide any special instructions with regard the use of FEDEX or UPS, we will check to see if USPS delivers to your address on Saturday, if so we will ship your order via USPS. Be advised that all Next Day or 2nd Day orders regardless of the carrier used will require a signature by the recipient at the time of delivery. If no one is home, the carrier is required to leave a notice as to when the next delivery attempt will be made or if you, the customer, will need to travel to the carriers facility to pick up your order. We strongly advise that you make arrangements to be present, have someone present or leave a SIGNED note on your door giving permission to deliver your package to a next door neighbor. We are not responsible for a missed delivery because no one was available to receive and sign for the package delivery.

I regret that we cannot deviate from these rules.

There will be no refunds for the substitution of carrier service.

NOTE: We will do our best to have you order shipped as soon as possible, for Next Day and 2nd Day delivery selections, but cannot make specific a guaranteed shipping day due to the range of variables and that we are working with carriers that are not under our management or control.

Non-Friday Next Day and 2nd Day Shipping

Any order with Next day or 2nd day delivery selected will be shipped the next business day regardless of our normal Tuesday shipping day for regular orders. Friday shipping is covered above.

 

CUTOFF TIMES FOR SHIPPING DAYS

For shipping on Tuesday, any orders arriving in our shop cart before 8pm on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday. Any orders arriving after 8pm Eastern time on Monday will be shipped the following Friday. The exception to this rule are Next Day or 2nd Day orders as covered above

For shipping on Friday, any orders arriving in our shop cart before 8pm on Thursday will be shipped on Friday. Any order arriving after 8pm Eastern Time on Thursday will be shipped on the following Tuesday. The exception to this rule are Next Day or 2nd Day orders as covered above

HOLIDAYS - We are not responsible for any delays due to legal holidays landing on or interfering with the above schedule. If this should happen shipping of all orders will be advanced to the next normal shipping day
